His lectures created awareness among the teachers about Indian values.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Smt. Manjula Veeranna presented on the topic \u201cPanchamukhi Shiksha \u2013 A Perspective on Holistic Education\u201d. The session covered the physical, social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual development of the students.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">A panel discussion was held on the topic \u201cHow to take Panchmukhi Education from Intention to Effect?\u201d. The role of the teacher, classroom experience and holistic development of the students were discussed.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Smt. Sunita Nayari delivered a lecture on the ability of children to face life challenges. He spoke about how teachers should guide students to face challenges with confidence.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">The program concluded with a final observation.<\/span><\/p><p>Day 2<br \/>Day 2 started with a review of the sessions of the first day.<br \/>School Principal Smt. Uma S. Patil gave a lecture on the topic &#8220;Contribution of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra Teachers to Building a Healthy Sustainable Society&#8221;.<br \/>*Teachers should develop a sense of dedication and human diversity. She gave information about eternal education, awareness and spirituality and explained the contribution of a perfect teacher in building a sustainable society.<br \/>Smt. Archana Madhusudan conducted a workshop on the topic of &#8220;Effective Classroom Communication&#8221; and &#8220;Effective Communication with Stakeholders&#8221;.<br \/>*She explained how communication affects the academic progress of a student through various activities.<br \/>*Also, she explained through examples and activities how teacher communication skills, effective teaching in the classroom, and how teacher communication skills play an important role in maintaining the honour of the school.<br \/>Sri Vijayaraghava conducted a workshop on the topic of &#8220;Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the classroom&#8221;.<br \/>*He explained what AI is, how it can be used in the classroom and its limitations.<br \/>*Teachers were provided with live demonstrations and hands-on experience of AI tools.<br \/>*Methods of using AI in lesson plans, question papers and learning activities were explained.<br \/>*He explained the uses of various AI apps.<br \/>Finally, Prithvi concluded the program by giving an overview of the entire day&#8217;s sessions and learning.<\/p><p>Day 3<br \/>Sri Chandrashekar delivered a lecture on the topic \u201cWesternization is not modernization\u201d.<br \/>Sri Santosh delivered a detailed talk on the topic \u201cUnderstanding the mindset of today\u2019s learners. Are we reaching the way today\u2019s students learn\u201d on the topic of child mindset and health.<br \/>Sri Arun Ullal presented on the topic of R. V. K. Prasad for holistic development. In this session, he explained in detail that India can be built through personality development.<br \/>Sri Karunakar delivered a good talk on \u201cEnergizing Session \u2013 Deep Breathing, Stretching and New Energy\u201d.<br \/>Sri Sinchana delivered a detailed talk on the topic \u201cCollaborative Professional Learning Community Building for Sustainable Growth\u201d.<br \/>The program was
