Hassan, Aug. 27: Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan. Ganesh was installed in the school hall and everyone worshipped him. Students recited hymns to Ganapati and sang devotional songs. Some participated in cultural programs and showed the importance of the festival through dance. Kishan of class six explained the importance of the Ganesh festival.

ಹಾಸನ, ಆ. 27: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣೇಶ ಚತುರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಶಾಲೆಯ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣೇಶನನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಸೇರಿ ಪೂಜೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದೆವು.  ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗಣಪತಿ ಸ್ತುತಿಪಾಠಗಳನ್ನು ಪಠಿಸಿದರು ಹಾಗೂ ಭಕ್ತಿಗೀತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿದರು.  ಕೆಲವರು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ನೃತ್ಯದ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿದರು. ಆರನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಕಿಶನ್ ಗಣೇಶ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದನು.
