Hassan, Mar. 18: Yugadi festival and Dr Keshav Baliram Hedgewar’s birth anniversary were celebrated at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan. Sri Na. Nagaraj, Sangh Pracharak and Editor of Vikrama Weekly, was the chief guest. On behalf of Yugadi, Panchanga Puja was performed, In his speech, the chief guest highlighted the importance of Yugadi as a symbol of a new beginning and spoke about the remarkable contributions of Dr. Ji. The students spoke about Hedgewar, explained his life and values. And emphasized the cultural significance of Yugadi and its importance. The students presented group singing and group dance. After the song Vande Mataram, a mixture of neem and jaggery was distributed to everyone.

ಹಾಸನ, ಮಾ. 18: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ಯುಗಾದಿ ಹಬ್ಬ ಮತ್ತು ಡಾ. ಕೇಶವ ಬಲಿರಾಮ್ ಹೆಡ್ಗೆವಾರ್ ಅವರ ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನುಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಸಂಘ ಪ್ರಚಾರಕರು, ವಿಕ್ರಮ ವಾರ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯ ಸಂಪಾದಕರೂ ಆದ ಶ್ರೀ ನಾ. ನಾಗರಾಜ್‌ ಅವರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಯುಗಾದಿಯ ಪರವಾಗಿ, ಪಂಚಾಂಗ ಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು, ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳು ಹೊಸ ಆರಂಭದ ಸಂಕೇತವಾಗಿ ಯುಗಾದಿಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಜಿ ಅವರ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹೆಡ್ಗೆವಾರ್ ಅವರ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಅವರ ಜೀವನ ಮತ್ತು ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಹಾಗೂ ಯುಗಾದಿಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಮೂಹ ಗಾಯನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮೂಹ ನೃತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ವಂದೇ ಮಾತರಂ ಹಾಡಿನ ಬಳಿಕ ಬೇವು ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಲ್ಲದ ಮಿಶ್ರಣವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
