Eligibility Criteria
- Pre-KG – From 3 to 4 years (As on 1st June)
- LKG – From 4 to 5 years (As on 1st June)
- UKG – From 5 to 6 years (As on 1st June)
- Class 1 – From 6 to 7 years (As on 1st June)
- Class 2 to 11 - For later admission, age as per the TC issued from the previous school of the ward.
Admission Process
General Instructions for admission process:
- Application forms will be rolled down on Vijayadashami day after the Pooja through school website.
- Aspiring parents need to fill the enquiry form and details entered will be recorded. Later to click on pay now and a detailed application to be filled by paying the application fees online. The filled application can be downloaded by parents along with the fee paid receipt.
- Brochure and prospectus will be given by the Admission desk to the parents once they fill in application and drop into school for interaction.
- The students will be called for the interaction/ written test as per the schedule done by the Admission desk.
- Before the interaction, parents will be given a hard copy of the admission form along with our school terms and conditions. Parents need to fill up the application and submit to the Admission desk with all required documents.
Selection Procedure :
For Pre- KG:
- Parents along with their ward will be called for interaction. Interaction will be conducted with the ward by the respective Vice-principal, Coordinator & Pre-primary Teachers. Interaction with the parents will be done by the admission committee consisting of Coordinator, Principal and Management.
From LKG to Class VIII
- Entrance Test will be conducted for the students & interaction for the students who qualify the entrance test will be scheduled on the same day along with both the parents with the admission committee consisting of Teacher, Coordinator and Principal.
- The Committee will confirm the admission based on the performance in the written test and interaction.
- The selected children will be enrolled in the School App and mapping of fee will be done by the Admission desk.
- Results of the selected children will be informed to the parents through sending confirmation mail. The procedure to pay the fee will be briefed in the mail. Registration fee to be paid online through School App within four working days from the date of confirmation of the seat and annual fee as per the schedule.
- Reminder mail will be sent to parents who have not processed the fee payment within the due date.
- Those who have not paid the fees after sending the reminder mail, for them a cancellation mail will be sent and later their name will be removed from the school app and their seat will be cancelled and allotted to the next waiting candidate.
Fee Structure
Fees collected at RVK HASSAN School are essential in providing a high quality of education for all enrolled students.
Types of Fee Heads:
- Application/ Prospectus Fee
- Registration Fee – One time
- Annual Fee
- Tuition Fee
- Maintenance Fee
- Annual Fee can be payable in two (2) instalments.
- Books Fee – Class wise books fee is collected.
Transportation Fee:
The three-tiered transportation fee slab is proportional to the commuting distance and is collected in two instalments.
- Provision of CCTV camera with GPRS in the buses facilitate parents tracking and ensures students’ safety.
Ad Hoc Fee:
CBSE Registration and Exam Fee, Annual Day, Sports Day, External Exams fees.
School Fee Collection Process:
Fees at our school are collected for two types of Enrolments for each academic year from May to April.
- New Admission for New Enrolments.
- Re-admission for Existing students who get promoted to the next class.
Mode of Payment:
School fees collected through a Parent App for since 2017-18 onwards. It is mobile based app which provides the platform for parents to make fee payment via:
- Debit card – with zero % charges.
- Credit card – with 1.2% charges with GST.
- Net banking – with minimal charges of a particular bank.
- UPI
