Hassan, July 23: Birth anniversary of Chandrashekhar Azad and Bal Gangadhar Tilak was celebrated at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan.
- Students spoke about Chandrashekhar Azad’s life, patriotism and his immense contribution to India’s freedom struggle.
- Explaining the life and achievements of Bal Gangadhar Tilak, they said that Tilak was known as Lokmanya, started the ‘Kesari’ newspaper, launched Shivaji Jayanti and the public Ganesh festival.
- In addition, the message of his famous slogan “Swarajya is my birthright; I will achieve it” was introduced to the students.
- Ms Charit S. of class 7 performed a monologue on Chandrashekhar Azad and was appreciated by everyone.
ಹಾಸನ, ಜು. 23: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಆಜಾದ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಾಲ ಗಂಗಾಧರ ತಿಲಕ್ ಅವರ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಆಜಾದ್ ಅವರ ಜೀವನ, ದೇಶಪ್ರೇಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಅಪಾರ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
- ಬಾಲ ಗಂಗಾಧರ ತಿಲಕ್ ಅವರ ಜೀವನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಧನೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿ, ತಿಲಕರು ಲೋಕಮಾನ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧರಾಗಿದ್ದವರು, ‘ಕೇಸರಿ’ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದವರು, ಶಿವಾಜಿ ಜಯಂತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಗಣೇಶೋತ್ಸವಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದವರು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
- ಜೊತೆಗೆ, ಅವರ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಘೋಷವಾಕ್ಯವಾದ “ಸ್ವರಾಜ್ಯ ನನ್ನ ಜನ್ಮಸಿದ್ಧ ಹಕ್ಕು; ಅದನ್ನು ಪಡೆದೇ ತೀರುತ್ತೇನೆ” ಎಂಬ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದರು.
- 7ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಕು. ಚರಿತ್ ಎಸ್. ಅವರು ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಆಜಾದ್ ಅವರ ಕುರಿತು ಏಕಪಾತ್ರಾಭಿನಯ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾದರು.
