Hassan, Mar. 4: Holi festival was celebrated in Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan. Students explained the importance of the Holi festival celebration, explaining that Holi symbolises the victory of good over evil and marks the arrival of spring, and also narrated the story of Prahlada and Holika, emphasising the importance of faith, righteousness and positivity in our lives. Students of class 4 performed a dance performance. In the afternoon, a special puja was performed with devotion in the school playground. Students of class 5A gave a dance performance. After the dance, the traditional ritual of breaking the pot was performed. Later, Holika Dahana was performed.

ಹಾಸನ, ಮಾ. 4: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಳಿ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹೋಳಿ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಆಚರಣೆಯ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿ, ಹೋಳಿ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದರ ವಿಜಯವನ್ನು ಸಂಕೇತಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಸಂತಕಾಲದ ಆಗಮನವನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ವಿವರಿಸಿ, ಪ್ರಹ್ಲಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಹೋಳಿಕಾ ಅವರ ಕಥೆಯನ್ನೂ ಹೇಳಿ, ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆ, ಸದಾಚಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕತೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. 4 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನೃತ್ಯ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ, ಶಾಲಾ ಆಟದ ಮೈದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. 5 ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನೃತ್ಯ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು. ಮಡಕೆ ಒಡೆಯುವ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಆಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಹೋಳಿಕಾ ದಹನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
