Hassan, Sept. 8: LKG students of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan conducted a field trip to Allur Vijaya Durga Temple in Hassan, Karnataka. The students offered prayers to Goddess Durga. And learnt about the traditions there. They were given information about the structure and significance of the temple. They got an opportunity to view the idol decorations and learn simple mantras from the temple priests. During the visit, the children saw the Ganpati idols displayed on the streets. The children were taken on a nature walk, where they observed birds, trees and the surroundings of the temple. The children played group games; played with the sheep and ducks near the temple. After the temple visit and play time, the children were served healthy snacks and refreshments.

ಹಾಸನ, ಸೆ. 8: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಾಸನದ ಎಲ್‌.ಕೆ.ಜಿ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಲ್ಲೂರು ವಿಜಯದುರ್ಗಾ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಪ್ರವಾಸವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು.  ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ದುರ್ಗಾ ದೇವಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು. ಮತ್ತು ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡರು. ದೇವಾಲಯದ ರಚನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಹತ್ವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಅರ್ಚಕರಿಂದ ವಿಗ್ರಹ ಅಲಂಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸರಳ ಮಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯಲು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತು. ಭೇಟಿಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಬೀದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಲಾದ ಗಣಪತಿ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ನಡಿಗೆಗೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ಯಲಾಯಿತು, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳು, ಮರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಗುಂಪು ಆಟವಾಡಿದರು; ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಬಳಿ ಇರುವ ಕುರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾತುಕೋಳಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಟವಾಡಿದರು. ದೇವಾಲಯ ಭೇಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆಟದ ಸಮಯದ ನಂತರ, ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ತಿಂಡಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.
