Hassan, Dec. 1: Gita Jayanti was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan. The students recited the seventh chapter of the Bhagavad Gita. And explaining the importance of the day, the Bhagavad Gita is a part of the Mahabharata and is the philosophical message given by Lord Krishna to Arjuna during the Kurukshetra War. He explained the importance of the Bhagavad Gita, saying that its study helps in facing the challenges of life.

ಹಾಸನ, ಡಿ.1: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೀತಾಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತೆಯ ಏಳನೇ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಪಾರಾಯಣ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಹಾಗೂ ದಿನದ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸುತ್ತ ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತೆ ಮಹಾಭಾರತದ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕುರುಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಯುದ್ಧದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಕೃಷ್ಣನು ಅರ್ಜುನನಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ದಾರ್ಶನಿಕ ಸಂದೇಶ ಇದು. ಇದರ ಅಧ್ಯಯನವು ಜೀವನದ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
