Hassan, Dec. 18: A sports festival was organized for students from Gokulam to Grade 1 herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan. Sri N. D. Jayaram was the chief guest of honour. All Gokulam students performed the guest of honour. The sports festival was then formally inaugurated by hoisting the flag and saluting the flag. Gokulam students marched in a disciplined manner. The prayer song “Aatmarama Ananda Ramana” was sung melodiously by the students of Class I. LKG students performed a dance. In the sports festival, Pre-KG students participated in the butterfly race, LKG students in the rabbit race, UKG students in the Hanuman race and Class I students in the ball rolling competition. The winners were given prizes, medals and certificates simultaneously. The activities included cone picking for UKG, hula hooping for LKG and a running race for class one students. Games were also organised for parents, where women enthusiastically played a city bombing game and male participants took part in balloon blasting.
ಹಾಸನ, ಡಿ. 18: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋಕುಲಂನಿಂದ ಗ್ರೇಡ್ 1 ವರೆಗಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಕ್ರೀಡೋತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಎನ್.ಡಿ. ಜಯರಾಮ್ ಅವರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಎಲ್ಲ ಗೋಕುಲಂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅತಿಥಿ ಪ್ರಣಾಮವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಧ್ವಜಾರೋಹಣ ಮತ್ತು ಧ್ವಜ ಪ್ರಣಾಮದ ಮೂಲಕ ಕ್ರೀಡೋತ್ಸವದ ಔಪಚಾರಿಕ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಗೋಕುಲಂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಶಿಸ್ತಿನಿಂದ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. “ಆತ್ಮರಾಮ ಆನಂದ ರಮಣ” ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಹಾಡನ್ನು ಒಂದನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸುಮಧುರವಾಗಿ ಹಾಡಿದರು. ಎಲ್ಕೆಜಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನೃತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಕ್ರೀಡಾಕೂಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಕೆಜಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಚಿಟ್ಟೆ ಓಟದಲ್ಲಿ, ಎಲ್ಕೆಜಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮೊಲ ಓಟದಲ್ಲಿ, ಯುಕೆಜಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹನುಮಾನ್ ಓಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಥಮ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಬಾಲ್ ರೋಲಿಂಗ್ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ವಿಜೇತರಿಗೆ ಏಕಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳು, ಪದಕಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಯುಕೆಜಿಗಾಗಿ ಕೋನ್ ಪಿಕ್ಕಿಂಗ್, ಎಲ್ಕೆಜಿಗಾಗಿ ಹುಲಾ ಹೂಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಥಮ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಓಟದ ಓಟ ಸೇರಿದ್ದವು. ಪೋಷಕರಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಹ ಆಟಗಳನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ನಗರವನ್ನು ಬಾಂಬ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಆಟವಾಡಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಪುರುಷ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ಬಲೂನ್ ಬ್ಲಾಸ್ಟಿಂಗ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು.
