Hassan, Jan. 26: The 77th Republic Day was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan. Retired Army Officer Dr. Venkatesh BK was the chief guest. After the guest of honour and flag hoisting, the students took out a disciplined parade. Students participated in yoga demonstration, taekwondo demonstration and mass exercise demonstration. Retired Army Officer Dr. Venkatesh BK gave an inspiring message about our country’s constitution, the sacrifices of freedom fighters and the duties of the students. He said that the life of a soldier is full of patriotism, hard training and service spirit.

ಹಾಸನ, ಜ. 26: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ77ನೇ ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಸೇನಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾದ ಡಾ. ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್ ಬಿ ಕೆ ರವರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅತಿಥಿ ಪ್ರಣಾಮ, ಧ್ವಜಾರೋಹಣದ ನಂತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಶಿಸ್ತಿನ ಪಥಸಂಚಲನ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಯೋಗ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ, ಟೈಕ್ವಾಂಡೋ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು. ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಸೇನಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾದ ಡಾ. ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್ ಬಿ ಕೆ ರವರು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ, ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರ ತ್ಯಾಗ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರೇರಣದಾಯಕ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು. ಸೈನಿಕರ ಜೀವನವು ದೇಶಪ್ರೇಮ, ಕಠಿಣ ತರಬೇತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವಾ ಮನೋಭಾವದಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
