Hassan, Feb. 19: The birth anniversary of great philosophers Madhav Sadashivrao Golwalkar (Guruji) and Ramakrishna Paramhansa was celebrated herein RVK– Hassan. Kannada teacher Sri Ramu spoke about the work done by Madhav Sadashivrao Golwalkar as the 2nd Sarsangh Chalak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. He told about his life and contributions. He said that by respecting our country and its culture, we should always be ready to protect the nation. Principal, Smt. Uma S. Patil, explained the life story of Ramakrishna Paramhansa, his simplicity, devotion and the importance of human service. He said that he was a great person who spread the message that all religions are one. And the students spoke about the contributions of Guruji.

ಹಾಸನ, ಫೆ. 19: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾನ್ ದಾರ್ಶನಿಕರಾದ ಮಾಧವ ಸದಾಶಿವರಾವ್ ಗೋಳ್ವಲ್ಕರ್ ರವರ (ಗುರೂಜಿ) ಮತ್ತು ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ಪರಮಹಂಸರ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕನ್ನಡ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮು ಅವರು ಮಾಧವ ಸದಾಶಿವರಾವ್ ಗೋಳ್ವಲ್ಕರ್ ರವರು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘದ 2 ನೇ ಸರಸಂಘ ಚಾಲಕ್ ಆಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಅವರ ಜೀವನ ಮತ್ತು ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಸದಾ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಉಮಾ ಎಸ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಅವರು ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ಪರಮಹಂಸ ಅವರ ಜೀವನ ಚರಿತ್ರೆ, ಅವರ ಸರಳತೆ, ಭಕ್ತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾನವ ಸೇವೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಧರ್ಮಗಳು ಒಂದೇ ಎಂಬ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸಾರಿದ ಮಹಾನ್ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಹಾಗೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗುರೂಜಿಯವರ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
