Hassan, May 18-20: A three-day Teacher Orientation Programme was organised herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan.
Day 1
Sri Ananthanarayan, Secretary, Vidya Bharati Sanstha, inaugurated the programme and delivered the introductory remarks. Sri Danny Pereira delivered a lecture on “Indian Education and Indianness in Education”. His lectures created awareness among the teachers about Indian values. Smt. Manjula Veeranna presented on the topic “Panchamukhi Shiksha – A Perspective on Holistic Education”. The session covered the physical, social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual development of the students. A panel discussion was held on the topic “How to take Panchmukhi Education from Intention to Effect?”. The role of the teacher, classroom experience and holistic development of the students were discussed. Smt. Sunita Nayari delivered a lecture on the ability of children to face life challenges. He spoke about how teachers should guide students to face challenges with confidence. The program concluded with a final observation.

Day 2
Day 2 started with a review of the sessions of the first day.
School Principal Smt. Uma S. Patil gave a lecture on the topic “Contribution of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra Teachers to Building a Healthy Sustainable Society”.
*Teachers should develop a sense of dedication and human diversity. She gave information about eternal education, awareness and spirituality and explained the contribution of a perfect teacher in building a sustainable society.
Smt. Archana Madhusudan conducted a workshop on the topic of “Effective Classroom Communication” and “Effective Communication with Stakeholders”.
*She explained how communication affects the academic progress of a student through various activities.
*Also, she explained through examples and activities how teacher communication skills, effective teaching in the classroom, and how teacher communication skills play an important role in maintaining the honour of the school.
Sri Vijayaraghava conducted a workshop on the topic of “Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the classroom”.
*He explained what AI is, how it can be used in the classroom and its limitations.
*Teachers were provided with live demonstrations and hands-on experience of AI tools.
*Methods of using AI in lesson plans, question papers and learning activities were explained.
*He explained the uses of various AI apps.
Finally, Prithvi concluded the program by giving an overview of the entire day’s sessions and learning.

Day 3
Sri Chandrashekar delivered a lecture on the topic “Westernization is not modernization”.
Sri Santosh delivered a detailed talk on the topic “Understanding the mindset of today’s learners. Are we reaching the way today’s students learn” on the topic of child mindset and health.
Sri Arun Ullal presented on the topic of R. V. K. Prasad for holistic development. In this session, he explained in detail that India can be built through personality development.
Sri Karunakar delivered a good talk on “Energizing Session – Deep Breathing, Stretching and New Energy”.
Sri Sinchana delivered a detailed talk on the topic “Collaborative Professional Learning Community Building for Sustainable Growth”.
The program was concluded with a review.

ಹಾಸನ, ಮೇ. 18-20: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಮೂರುದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ದಿನ 1
ವಿದ್ಯಾಭಾರತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಂತನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಅವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಾಸ್ತಾವಿಕ ನುಡಿಗಳನ್ನಾಡಿದರು.
ಶ್ರೀ ಡ್ಯಾನಿ ಪಿರೇರಾ ಅವರು “ಭಾರತೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿನ ಭಾರತೀಯತೆ” ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಅವರ ಮಾತುಗಳು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸಿತು.
ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮಂಜುಳ ವೀರಣ್ಣ ಅವರು “ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ – ಸಮಗ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನ” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
*ಈ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ದೈಹಿಕ, ಪ್ರಾಣಿಕ, ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ, ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಕುರಿತು ವಿವರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
“ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಪರಿಣಾಮದತ್ತ ಹೇಗೆ ಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ಯುವುದು?” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚಾಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪಾತ್ರ, ತರಗತಿಯ ಅನುಭವ ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸುನೀತಾ ನಾಯರಿ ಅವರು ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವನ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸ ನೀಡಿದರು. *ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ಎದುರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಹೇಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಲೋಕನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಸಮಾಪ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ದಿನ 2
ಮೊದಲ ದಿನದ ಅವಧಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮರು ಅವಲೋಕದೊಡನೆ 2ನೇ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಶಾಲಾ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಉಮಾ ಎಸ್. ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಅವರು “ಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಸಮಾಜ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕೊಡುಗೆ” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸ ನೀಡಿದರು.
*ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮರ್ಪಣಾ ಭಾವ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಬೇಕು. ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾನವನ ಭಿನ್ನತೆ. ಸನಾತನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಅರಿವು-ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿ, ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಸಮಾಜ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಅರ್ಚನಾ ಮಧುಸೂದನ್ ಅವರು “ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ತರಗತಿ ಸಂವಹನ” ಹಾಗೂ “ಬಾಗಿದಾರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಸಂವಹನ” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
*ಸಂವಹನವು ಹೇಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಅನೇಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
*ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಂವಹನ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ, ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಬೋಧನೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಂವಹನ ಕೌಶಲವು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಗೌರವವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪಾತ್ರವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಜಯರಾಘವ ಅವರು “ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃತಕ ಬುದ್ಧಿಮತ್ತೆ( AI )” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
* AI ಎಂದರೇನು, ಅದನ್ನು ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಬಳಸಬಹುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಅದರ ಮಿತಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.
*ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ AI ಉಪಕರಣಗಳ ನೇರ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಹಾಗೂ hands-on ಅನುಭವ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪಾಠಯೋಜನೆ, ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಕಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ AI ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. *ಹಲವಾರು ತರಹದ AI appಗಳ ಉಪಯೋಗಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೃಥ್ವಿ ಅವರು ಇಡೀ ದಿನದ ಅವಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅವಲೋಕನದ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಸಮಾಪ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.

ದಿನ ೩
ಶ್ರೀ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಅವರು “ಪಾಶ್ಚಾತೀಕರಣವೇ ಆಧುನಿಕರಣ ಅಲ್ಲ” ವಿಷಯ ಕುರಿತು ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಶ್ರೀ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಅವರು “ಇಂದಿನ ಕಲಿಯುವವರ ಮನೋಭಾವವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು. ಇಂದಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕಲಿಯುವ ರೀತಿಗೆ ನಾವು ತಲುಪುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆಯೇ”ವಿಷಯ ಕುರಿತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿವರವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
ಶ್ರೀ ಅರುಣ್ ಉಳ್ಳಾಲ್ ಅವರು ಸಮಗ್ರ ವಿಕಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಆರ್. ವಿ.ಕೆ. ಅಭ್ಯಾಸದ ವಿಷಯ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಿಂದ ಭಾರತ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಎಂದು ವಿವರವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಶ್ರೀ ಕರುಣಾಕರ ಅವರು “ಶಕ್ತಿ ತುಂಬುವ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ – ಆಳವಾದ ಉಸಿರಾಟ, ದೇಹ ಚಾಚಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸ ಚೈತನ್ಯ” ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮವಾದ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿಂಚನ ಅವರು “ನಿರಂತರ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಾಗಿ ಸಹಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಸಮುದಾಯ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ” ವಿಷಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿವರವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಲೋಕನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಸಮಾಪ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
