Hassan, Aug. 1: A Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Classroom Management Without Force or Fear” was held at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan.
- Retired Vice Principal and Social Science Subject Guide of RVK Thanisandra, Smt. Chandrakalavati, chaired the session.
- The resource persons emphasised building strong teacher-student relationships, understanding the emotional needs of learners and maintaining discipline through consistency rather than fear.
- Practical strategies for setting classroom routines, setting expectations and encouraging responsible behaviour were shared.
The teachers actively participated in the discussions and appreciated the learning-centric strategies presented.
ಹಾಸನ, ಆ. 1: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ “ಬಲವಂತ ಅಥವಾ ಭಯವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ತರಗತಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ” ಕುರಿತು ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ (FDP) ನಡೆಯಿತು.
- ಆರ್ವಿಕೆ ಥಣಿಸಂದ್ರದ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ವಿಷಯ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಕಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಚಂದ್ರಕಲಾವತಿ ಅವರು ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ನೇತೃತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
- ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಬಲವಾದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ-ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವುದು, ಕಲಿಯುವವರ ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಭಯಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಸ್ಥಿರತೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಶಿಸ್ತನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
- ತರಗತಿಯ ದಿನಚರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸುವುದು, ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಿತ ತಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡರು.
