Hassan, Sept. 11: As part of the Student Development Program (SDP) at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan, model and chart-making activities were conducted for the Mathematics, Science, and Heritage clubs for students of grades 6, 7, and 8.
-Mathematics Club – Grade 8
- Students of the Grade 8 Mathematics Club were engaged in creating mathematical models based on various mathematical concepts.
- They prepared models that helped them represent and understand concepts in creative and practical ways.
- The students created models and charts covering topics such as lines and angles, a balancing scale for rational numbers, the Pythagorean theorem, trigonometry, a ‘math garden,’ shapes and formulas, types of graphs, etc.
-Science Club – Grade 7
- Grade 7 students of the Science Club were engaged in science model and chart-making activities.
- Students prepared models on topics such as the periscope, kaleidoscope, solar system, phases of the moon, water cycle, atomic structure, DNA, types of motion, life cycles, Newton’s disc, pinhole camera, layers of the Earth, biogas plant, water purification, conductors and insulators, the kidney and respiratory system, and photosynthesis.
-Heritage Club – Grade 6
- Students of the Grade 6 Heritage Club were engaged in creating heritage models and charts covering history, geography, and political science.
- Students worked on topics such as human evolution, sources of history, early civilizations, ancient India, Indian knowledge systems, the Mauryan Empire, Ashoka’s Dhamma, layers of the Earth, landforms, the journey of a river, Indian topography, India’s sacred landscapes, family and society, and administration.
ಹಾಸನ, ಸೆ. 11: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ (SDP) ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಗಣಿತ, ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆರಿಟೇಜ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಮಾದರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಚಾರ್ಟ್ ತಯಾರಿಕೆ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು 8, 7 ಮತ್ತು 6 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
-ಗಣಿತ ಕ್ಲಬ್ – ಗ್ರೇಡ್ 8
- ಗಣಿತ ಕ್ಲಬ್ 8 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವಿಧ ಗಣಿತದ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಗಣಿತ ಮಾದರಿ ತಯಾರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಜನಾತ್ಮಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಮಾದರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
- ರೇಖೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕೋನಗಳು, ಭಾಗಲಬ್ಧ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗಳ ಸಮತೋಲನ ಮಾಪಕ, ಪೈಥಾಗರಸ್ ಪ್ರಮೇಯ, ತ್ರಿಕೋನಮಿತಿ, ಗಣಿತ ಉದ್ಯಾನ, ಆಕಾರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸೂತ್ರ, ಗ್ರಾಫ್ ಪ್ರಕಾರಗಳು ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
-ಸೈನ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ – ಗ್ರೇಡ್ 7
- ಸೈನ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಗ್ರೇಡ್ 7 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮಾದರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಚಾರ್ಟ್ ತಯಾರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ಪೆರಿಸ್ಕೋಪ್, ಕೆಲಿಡೋಸ್ಕೋಪ್, ಸೌರವ್ಯೂಹ, ಚಂದ್ರನ ಹಂತಗಳು, ಜಲಚಕ್ರ, ಪರಮಾಣು ರಚನೆ, ಡಿಎನ್‌ಎ, ಚಲನೆಯ ವಿಧಗಳು, ಜೀವನ ಚಕ್ರಗಳು, ನ್ಯೂಟನ್‌ನ ಡಿಸ್ಕ್, ಪಿನ್‌ಹೋಲ್ ಕ್ಯಾಮೆರಾ, ಭೂಮಿಯ ಪದರಗಳು, ಜೈವಿಕ ಅನಿಲ ಸ್ಥಾವರ, ಜಲಶುದ್ಧೀಕರಣ, ಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್‌ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇನ್ಸುಲೇಟರ್‌ಗಳು, ಕಿಡ್ನಿ ಮತ್ತು ಉಸಿರಾಟದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ, ದ್ಯುತಿಸಂಶ್ಲೇಷಣೆಯಂತಹ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮಾದರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
-ಹೆರಿಟೇಜ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ – ಗ್ರೇಡ್ 6
- ಹೆರಿಟೇಜ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಗ್ರೇಡ್ 6 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆರಿಟೇಜ್ ಮಾದರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಇತಿಹಾಸ, ಭೂಗೋಳ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಚಾರ್ಟ್ ತಯಾರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ಮಾನವ ವಿಕಸನ, ಇತಿಹಾಸದ ಮೂಲಗಳು, ಆರಂಭಿಕ ನಾಗರಿಕತೆಗಳು, ಪ್ರಾಚೀನ ಭಾರತ, ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜ್ಞಾನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳು, ಮೌರ್ಯ ಸಾಮ್ರಾಜ್ಯ, ಅಶೋಕನ ಧಮ್ಮ, ಭೂಮಿಯ ಪದರಗಳು, ಭೂರೂಪಗಳು, ನದಿಯ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ, ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸ್ಥಳಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ, ಭಾರತದ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಭೂದೃಶ್ಯ, ಕುಟುಂಬ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜ, ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತ ಮುಂತಾದ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
