Objectives
• To familiarise teachers with the features and functionalities of the Edumerge app.
• To enable teachers to effectively use the app for attendance management, parent communication and homework sharing.
• To enhance digital integration in day-to-day educational processes.
Key Highlights
• A Faculty Development Programme on the use of Edumerge was conducted in the auditorium from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM.
• The session was facilitated by Smt. Nalini, Head, Computer Department
• A total of 63 teachers participated in the programme.
• Teachers received practical training on:
• Accessing and managing student attendance through the Edumerge app.
• Establishing effective communication with parents using the app.
• Assigning and sharing homework digitally with students and parents.
• The resource person demonstrated practical applications of each feature and addressed the queries of the participants.
Feedback Summary

• ಎಡುಮರ್ಜ್ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್‌ನ ವೈಶಿಷ್ಟ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುವುದು.
• ಹಾಜರಾತಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಪೋಷಕರ ಸಂವಹನ ಮತ್ತು ಮನೆಕೆಲಸ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್ ಅನ್ನು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುವುದು.
• ದಿನನಿತ್ಯದ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಏಕೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು.

• ಎಡುಮರ್ಜ್ ಬಳಕೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಫ್ಯಾಕಲ್ಟಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಡಿಟೋರಿಯಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 1:30 ರಿಂದ 2:15 ರವರೆಗೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
• ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥೆ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ನಳಿನಿ ಸುಗಮಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು

• ಎಡುಮರ್ಜ್ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಹಾಜರಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು.
• ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಪೋಷಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಸಂವಹನವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವುದು.
• ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪೋಷಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮನೆಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ನಿಯೋಜಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.

ಎಫ್‌ಡಿಪಿ ಎಡುಮೆರ್ಜ್ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್‌ನ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಬಳಕೆಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಜ್ಜುಗೊಳಿಸಿತು. ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಹಾಜರಾತಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಪೋಷಕರ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮನೆಕೆಲಸ ಪ್ರಸರಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿತು, ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ದಕ್ಷ ಮತ್ತು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ-ಸಕ್ರಿಯಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಿತು.
