Hassan, Aug. 28-30: A three-day personality development camp was organised for students of class 8 at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan.

Day 1: – Motivation, Values ​​and Critical Thinking

• The program began with an inaugural ceremony in the presence of Sri Vijay Angadi, retired Programme Head, All India Radio Hassan, Sri Praveen, Steering Committee Member and Smt. Uma S. Patil, Principal.

Session 1:

• Sri Vijay Angadi, from his professional experience, encouraged the students to develop self-confidence, determination, perseverance and effective communication skills. The session was followed by a Bharat Bharati book review in which the students presented their reflections and learnings.
• Sri Manjunath Bhat highlighted important values, moral lessons and life principles through stories from Mahabharata.
• The day’s programme also included problem identification and solution finding activities,

Day 2: Heritage, History, Leadership and Teamwork

• Sri Ramu conducted an enlightening session on Introduction to Akhand Bharat.
• Nisha’s session on the scientific wonders of Indian temples enabled the students to appreciate the scientific, architectural and intellectual dimensions of India’s ancient heritage.
• Sri Anirudh Anand’s session on Leadership emphasised that true leadership is rooted in responsibility, character, initiative and service.
• A fascinating quiz was conducted by the Social Development teacher.
• Sri Danny Perera conducted a session on the real history of India.
• Uma S. Patil conducted a session on great leaders and unsung heroes.
• Residential activities were conducted with team sports, interactive podcasts and patriotic songs at the campfire.

Day 3: Self-Reflection, Goal Setting and Commitment

• The day began with a prayer.
• Ramapriya introduced the Rashtroththan Parishad. Smt. Chandrakala conducted a panel discussion on “Goal Setting and Roadmap”.
• Students confidently expressed their life goals in the session “Who Am I? – Beyond My Marks”.
• A dinner was held for students, parents and teachers. Students shared their experiences in the valedictory function.
• In her presidential address, Smt. Uma S. Patil encouraged the students to carry the values ​​and lessons learnt from the programme into their daily lives.

• ಆಕಾಶವಾಣಿ ಹಾಸನದ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಜಯ್ ಅಂಗಡಿ, ಸ್ಟೀರಿಂಗ್ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರವೀಣ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಉಮಾ ಎಸ್. ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಅವರ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು.

• ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಜಯ್ ಅಂಗಡಿ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಅನುಭವದಿಂದ ಅವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ, ದೃಢನಿಶ್ಚಯ, ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಸಂವಹನ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು. ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ನಂತರ ಭಾರತ ಭಾರತಿ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ವಿಮರ್ಶೆ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
• ಶ್ರೀ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ಭಟ್ ಅವರು ಮಹಾಭಾರತದ ಕಥೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು, ನೈತಿಕ ಪಾಠಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವನ ತತ್ವಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು.

• ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮು ಅವರು ಅಖಂಡ ಭಾರತ ಪರಿಚಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಜ್ಞಾನೋದಯದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
• ಭಾರತದ ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಅದ್ಭುತಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಡಾ. ನಿಶಾ ಅವರ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರಾಚೀನ ಪರಂಪರೆಯ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ, ವಾಸ್ತುಶಿಲ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ ಆಯಾಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿತು.
• ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಿರುದ್ಧ್ ಆನಂದ್ ಅವರು ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ನಿಜವಾದ ನಾಯಕತ್ವವು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ, ಪಾತ್ರ, ಉಪಕ್ರಮ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೂರಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
• ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ನಡೆಸಿದ ಆಕರ್ಷಕ ರಸಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
• ಶ್ರೀ ಡ್ಯಾನಿ ಪೆರೇರಾ ಅವರ ಭಾರತದ ನೈಜ ಇತಿಹಾಸದ ಕುರಿತು ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
• ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಉಮಾ ಎಸ್. ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಅವರು ಮಹಾನ್ ನಾಯಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧಿಯಾಗದ ವೀರರ ಕುರಿತು ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
• ತಂಡ ಕ್ರೀಡೆಗಳು, ಸಂವಾದಾತ್ಮಕ ಪಾಡ್‌ಕ್ಯಾಸ್ಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಯಾಂಪ್‌ ಫೈರ್‌ ನಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶಭಕ್ತಿ ಗೀತೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಸತಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ನಡೆಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವು.

ದಿನ 3: ಸ್ವಯಂ-ಚಿಂತನೆ, ಗುರಿ ನಿಗದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬದ್ಧತೆ

• ಪ್ರಾಥಃಸ್ಮರಣೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು.
• ಡಾ. ರಾಮಪ್ರಿಯ ಅವರಿಂದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಪರಿಚಯವಾಯಿತು. “ಗುರಿ ನಿಗದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಗ ನಕ್ಷೆ” ಕುರಿತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಚಂದ್ರಕಲಾ ಅವರು ಫಲಕ ಚರ್ಚೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
• “ನಾನು ಯಾರು? – ನನ್ನ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ” ಎಂಬ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದ ಗುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
• ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಪೋಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಹ ಭೋಜನವು ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಸಮಾರೋಹ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಅನುಭವಗಳು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು.
• ತಮ್ಮ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೀಯ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಉಮಾ ಎಸ್. ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಠಗಳನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ದೈನಂದಿನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗಿಸಲು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು.
