Hassan, Aug. 7: The second day of the students’ festival at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan was dedicated to academic and experiential learning through field visits to various places of educational, cultural and historical importance.

• The participants of the Maths Festival visited the Maths Laboratory in Nittur and observed various mathematical concepts through models and practical activities.
• The Exploration Students visited the Biology Laboratory in Karekere and learned about scientific experiments, laboratory equipment and biological samples.
• The students of the English Festival and the Heritage Festival visited the historical town of Halebidu. Under the guidance of experts, they learned about the rich history, architecture and cultural significance of the Hoysala monuments.
• The Hindi Fest students visited Bhuvanahalli and participated in language-related activities.
• The Sanskrit Fest students visited the ISKCON temple in Hassan and were exposed to Sanskrit prayers, scriptures and spiritual values.
• The participants of the Kalotsava visited the famous Saptaswara Temple in Rudrapatna, a place known for its rich musical heritage, and learned about the classical musical traditions and the cultural significance of the temple.

The visit helped students of various festivals gain practical knowledge and first-hand experience related to their subjects.

ಹಾಸನ, ಆ. 7: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಉತ್ಸವದ ಎರಡನೇ ದಿನವು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ, ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆಯ ವಿವಿಧ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಿಗೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಭೇಟಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಭವದ ಕಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. 

• ಗಣಿತೋತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ನಿಟ್ಟೂರಿನ ಗಣಿತ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಮಾದರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿವಿಧ ಗಣಿತದ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು. 
• ಅನ್ವೇಷಣಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕಾರೇಕೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಜೀವಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಗಳು, ಪ್ರಯೋಗಾಲಯ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಜೈವಿಕ ಮಾದರಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಲಿತರು.
• ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಉತ್ಸವ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಂಪರೆ ಉತ್ಸವದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಪಟ್ಟಣವಾದ ಹಳೇಬೀಡುಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ತಜ್ಞರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅವರು ಹೊಯ್ಸಳ ಸ್ಮಾರಕಗಳ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಇತಿಹಾಸ, ವಾಸ್ತುಶಿಲ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಲಿತರು. 
• ಹಿಂದಿ ಫೆಸ್ಟ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭುವನಹಳ್ಳಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಭಾಷಾ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು 
• ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತ ಫೆಸ್ಟ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಸನದ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗಳು, ಧರ್ಮಗ್ರಂಥಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಡ್ಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.
• ಕಲೋತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಸಂಗೀತ ಪರಂಪರೆಗೆ ಹೆಸರುವಾಸಿಯಾದ ಸ್ಥಳವಾದ ರುದ್ರಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಸಪ್ತಸ್ವರ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರೀಯ ಸಂಗೀತ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಲಿತರು.

ವಿವಿಧ ಉತ್ಸವಗಳ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ನೇರ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಈ ಭೇಟಿ ನೆರವಾಯಿತು.
