Hassan, Feb. 18: A Veshabhushana competition based on the theme of ‘Community Helpers’ was organized for LKG children at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan. The children dressed up beautifully as doctors, teachers, police officers, farmers, nurses and other helpers who serve the society and confidently spoke a few lines about their roles. The competition was inaugurated by the chief guests Smt. Hema Nagendra and the judge Smt. Tara.K.P. who appreciated the confidence and efforts of the children. In their speech, they spoke positively about the school and praised the institution for organizing such meaningful activities for the overall development of the students. Prizes were distributed to the winners. Consolation prizes were also given to encourage all the participants.

ಹಾಸನ, ಫೆ. 18: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್‌ಕೆಜಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ ʼಸಮುದಾಯ ಸಹಾಯಕರುʼ ಎನ್ನುವ ವಿಷಯ ಆಧಾರಿತ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ವೈದ್ಯರು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು, ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ರೈತರು, ದಾದಿಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಇತರ ಸಹಾಯಕರಂತೆ ಸುಂದರವಾಗಿ ವೇಷ ಧರಿಸಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ಕೆಲವು ಸಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಹೇಮಾ ನಾಗೇಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ನ್ಯಾಯಾದೀಶರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ತಾರಾ ಕೆ. ಪಿ. ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು. ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅವರು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಇಂತಹ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು. ವಿಜೇತರಿಗೆ ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಲು ಸಮಾಧಾನಕರ ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.
