Hassan, Feb. 25: Fruit Day was organized for Gokulam students herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan. A fruit display was made in the school premises. Pradhanacharya, Smt. Uma S. Patil inaugurated the program by offering fruits to Goddess Saraswati.

RVK – Hassan UKG students visited Maharaja Park, Hassan
Hassan, Feb. 24: Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan UKG students go on an educational field trip to Maharaja Park, Hassan. A total of 49 students were taken under the guidance of 4 teachers, along with two Didis and 4 drivers to ensure safety and smooth coordination with the group.
Field trip to Hassan Dairy in RVK – Hassan
Hassan, Feb. 20: Students of Class 5 of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan was taken on an educational field trip to Hassan Dairy (HAMUL). The visit was organised to impart practical knowledge to the students about milk processing and dairy product manufacturing.
A costume competition in RVK – Hassan
Hassan, Feb. 19: A costume competition based on the theme of ‘Birds’ was held for Pre-KG students herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan. Smt. Manjula Madhusudan and Smt. Nirmala arrived as judges and the judges praised the children for the school and its activities. Prizes were distributed to the winners.
‘Veshabhushana’ Competition in RVK – Hassan
Hassan, Feb. 18: A Veshabhushana competition based on the theme of ‘Community Helpers’ was organized for LKG children at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan. The children dressed up beautifully as doctors, teachers, police officers, farmers, nurses and other helpers who serve the society and confidently spoke a few lines about their roles.
Freedom Fighter Costume Contest at RVK – Hassan
Hassan, Feb. 17: A costume contest was organized for UKG students under the theme ‘Freedom Fighters’ herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan.
Judge Smt. Pooja Raghunandan was the chief guest for the event. The chief guest appreciated the efforts of the students, parents and teachers. She appreciated the values and cultural foundation of the school and praised Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra for instilling patriotism and self-confidence in the children from a young age.

Hassan, Feb. 19: The birth anniversary of great philosophers Madhav Sadashivrao Golwalkar (Guruji) and Ramakrishna Paramhansa was celebrated herein RVK– Hassan. Kannada teacher Sri Ramu spoke about the work done by Madhav Sadashivrao Golwalkar as the 2nd Sarsangh Chalak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. He told about his life and contributions.
RVK – Hassan Celebrated Mahashivaratri
Hassan, Feb. 13: Maha Shivaratri, an important festival of Hindus, was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hassan. Principal Smt. Uma S Patil and Social Science subject guide Sri Umesh offered prayers to Lord Shiva. Students explained the significance of the festival.
